After two years of waiting, there will finally be a new season of Marcella. The British crime series had an explosive ending in its second season, which created a lot of questions. These will finally be answered. The first season, starring Anna Friel as Marcella, had its premiere in 2016. The series aired on ITV and the British network released a second season after two more years. In the fall of 2018, a third season was announced but as of now, it has not yet been released. The episodes were supposed to release on ITV during the first half of this year but this has not yet happened. This is why the third season will now have its premiere on Netflix. The streaming service will release the eight episodes on the 14th of June.
