Production on Marvel's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was delayed last January due to an earthquake in Puerto Rico. At the time, they were producing the series there. Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, production on the series was delayed even further. There were plans to record scenes in the Czech Republic in the week of the 10th of March, but this didn't happen.
Even though the premiere date of this Disney+ original was originally in August, this will not happen. This upcoming series wasn't in the list of series to release in August. The streaming service hasn't announced a new premiere date for Marvel's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier as of yet.
Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan
In Marvel's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the best friends of Captain America head on an adventure together. In the series, Anthony Mackie (Altered Carbon) portrays Sam Wilson/Falcon and Sebastian Stan (Political Animals) will portray Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier.
