This summer it’s show time for Showtime, and the network is making sure everyone knows it. Showtime, which aims to bring a prestige drama to the small screen every quarter of the year, has linked ‘Masters of Sex’ and ‘Ray Donovan’ for this summer.
Last year, ‘Ray Donovan’ was linked to the final season of ‘Dexter’, whilst ‘Masters of Sex’ was being aired in the autumn after ‘Homeland’. This time around, ‘Homeland’ will be the lead-in for new drama series ‘The Affair’.
Both ‘Homeland’ and ‘The Affair’ haven’t been given a premiere date yet. Showtime’s next premiere will be ‘Penny Dreadful’ on the 11th of May.
