John and Jane's job requires them to get married and when the duo starts taking on cases, their lives become deeply entwined, leading to real feelings in very dangerous situations. Sloane returns as showrunner for season two. Mr. & Mrs. Smith is produced by New Regency and Amazon MGM Studios. All eight episodes are now available to stream on Prime Video.
Deadline recently sat down with Glover, Erskine and Sloane at Deadline’s Studio at Prime Experience who were very tight-lipped about the future of the show. Glover joked when asked about the status of a new season, “We don’t know but it really depends on whether or not we win an Emmy. If we win, we kind of have to do something, right?”
