Frank Lammers and Jacob Derwig cast in Videoland series Máxima

In April, the drama series Máxima will be released on Videoland, which focuses on the life of Queen Máxima.
It was already known who will play the leading roles, but new names have now been added to the cast. None other than Jacob Derwig (KLEM) and Frank Lammers (Undercover) have landed a role in the series.

Videoland announced this in a press release.

Derwig (photo) will play the role of Thomas Wagenaar in the drama series. In this role he will assist Máxima with her integration in the Netherlands. Frank Lammers also makes an appearance in the series, in the role of Willibrord Frequin.

The leading roles are played by Argentinian actress Delfina Chaves (Máxima) and Martijn Lakemeier (Willem-Alexander). Elsie de Brauw (Lijn 32) takes on the role of Beatrix and Claus is played by the German actor Sebastian Koch (Das Leben der Andere).

Last Friday it was exactly 22 years ago that the wedding of Willem-Alexander and Máxima took place in Amsterdam. On the occasion of this festive day, Videoland has shared the trailer of the drama series.

The drama series Máxima can be streamed on Videoland from Saturday April 20.

You can watch the trailer for Máxima below.

Very curious about this series. Too bad Frank Lammers is back in it. Really getting tired of that man.

He has somewhat taken over that baton from Barry Atsma. That used to be the one you found everywhere, but it seems to be a bit quieter these days. When I see Lammers, I always think about my shopping list :-)
