NCIS: Tony and Ziva, which was ordered to series in February 2024, finds the two former NCIS agents in Paris, where they’re reunited to raise their daughter after Ziva—presumed dead—returns to complete one final mission for the agency (de Pablo left NCIS in 2013 and returned as a guest star in 2017; Weatherly departed as a regular in 2015). The action—which will be more serialized than other series in the franchise—picks up after Tony’s security firm is attacked, sending him and Ziva fleeing across Europe to figure out who’s after them and keep their unconventional family together.
NCIS: Tony and Ziva also stars Amita Suman, Maximilian Osinski, Julian Ovenden, Nassima Benchicou, Lara Rossi, Isla Gie, Terence Maynard and James D'Arcy. The series will film in Budapest and other locations in the second half of 2024.
John McNamara is the showrunner and executive producer, along with De Pablo, Weatherly, Laurie Lieser, Christina Strain, Shelley Meals and Mairzee Almas. Like the other current series in the CBS franchise — NCIS, NCIS: Sydney and prequel NCIS: Origins — Tony and Ziva is produced by CBS Studios.
