Chris abundantly apologizes to Hudson for the surprise incident and stand up for him against publicly hostile Josh, who warns Lauren that Amber is seeing dodgy Robbo again. Over drinks, Huson makes up with Chris, who kisses him at the second chance dinner. Mason plans a picnic, but Kate cancels last-minute, so he grudgingly accepts to take car-partner Imogen instead. Shocked, he discovers the motor has been tampered with, apparently a attempt on his life by Robbo.
