Nate’s inscrutable as he drives Josh to an unknown destination, and Josh becomes concerned when he realises they’re not going to the hospital like Nate said. Reaching an isolated area, Nate orders Josh out of the car, quietly furious and determined to punish him for what he did to Chris. But to Nate’s surprise, Josh makes no attempt to fight back.
