Has the Arrowverse become The CWverse? First footage from Superman & Lois

Back in 2012, The CW released Arrow, which was based on the DC comic superhero The Green Arrow. Eight years later, various superheroes have become part of this show's universe, with the most famous being The Flash (2014).
In January 2020, Arrow ended, which would make it logical for the Arrowverse to also end. But all the other superheroes will remain active. The CW must have wondered how to go on. And now with Superman & Lois releasing soon, the network has decided to turn the Arrowverse into The CWverse.

In a video, The CW reveals the fun they've had with The Green Arrow, but also that the age of Oliver Queen has ended. As a result of that, the Arrowverse has been given a new name. In this video, we get to see a nice homage to Arrow and how it all began. In the second part of the video, we return to Smallville and see new footage from the upcoming superhero series Superman & Lois, which will release on The CW in 2021.

A spin-off has also entered development, Green Arrow and The Canaries. There are no specific details regarding that series.
