Brittany Snow will star opposite Malin Åkerman in Starz's upcoming thriller-drama series The Hunting Wives. Written by Rebecca Cutter from the novel by May Cobb, The Hunting Wives tells the story of Sophie O'Neil (Snow) and her family's move from the East Coast to the Deep East of Texas, where she succumbs to the irresistible charms of the socialite Margo Bank (Åkerman) - and finds her life consumed by obsession, seduction and murder.
The series is produced by Lionsgate Television and 3 Arts Entertainment.
Snow (pictured) can currently be seen in the 2024 Oscar-nominated short film Red White & Blue. On the series front, she had a series regular role in the Fox drama Almost Family and the NBC comedy Harry's Law with Kathy Bates. She has guest-starred on The CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and ABC's Not Dead Yet, among others.
Cutter, who serves as showrunner, will produce alongside Cobb and Erwin Stoff of 3 Arts. Production on the eight-episode series will begin this spring in Charlotte, NC.
