Dar Salim, known from the Guy Ritchie feature film The Covenant, has been added to the cast of The Terminal List: Dark Wolf.The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, the prequel series set five years before the first series, was created by Jack Carr, writer of The Terminal List, and David DiGilio, creator and showrunner of season one.
It's a high-concept spy thriller that takes viewers on Ben Edwards' (Taylor Kitsch) journey from Navy SEAL to paramilitary CIA operator, exploring the dark side of warfare and the human costs that come with it.
Tom Hopper, Luke Hemsworth, Chris Pratt and Jared Shaw also star.
Salim (pictured) will be seen in the recurring role of Mohammed 'Mo' Farooq. Mo is an Iraqi Special Operations Forces officer, previously trained in the CIA's Scorpions program. He grew up in a world of dictatorship and war. His mission is to strengthen and defend his country against enemies from within and without.
The actor recently appeared opposite Jake Gyllenhaal in Guy Ritchie's feature film The Covenant from Amazon and MGM Studios and his leading role in the Danish film Darkland II. He will soon be seen in the Netflix series The Gentlemen, also by Guy Ritchie.
Other roles include the Cinemax/HBO/Netflix series Warrior (2019), which earned him Svend's Actor of the Year award, Bron/Broen (The Bridge) and Borgen.
In addition to starring in the series, Kitsch produces with Pratt via Indivisible Productions, Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick via Hill District Media, author Jack Carr, showrunner David DiGilio, pilot director Frederick E.O. Toye, writer/former Army Ranger Max Adams and actor/writer/former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw.
The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is a co-production of Amazon Studios and MRC Television/Civic Center Media.
Last year, Prime Video also confirmed that The Terminal List would return for a second season, based on Carr's New York Times bestseller True Believer.
