Zosia Mamet, Tommy Martinez and Michael Angarano (from left to right in the photo) have been cast as regular actors. They will join the previously cast Stephanie Hsu in the series written and produced by Nahnatchka Khan and Sally Bradford McKenna.
Mamet plays AJ, Martinez plays Isaac and Angarano plays Richie.
This summer, Mamet can be seen opposite Tony Hale in Kathleen Jordan and Jenji Kohan's period drama-comedy series The Decameron for Netflix. She recently starred alongside Kaley Cuoco in two seasons of HBO Max's The Flight Attendant. Mamet is also known for bringing Shoshanna Shapiro to life in the hit HBO series Girls.
Martinez had a series regular role on Freeform's Good Trouble, which ended earlier this month after five seasons. He has played Gael Martinez since the series' first season.
Angarano is coming off a successful awards season with the film Oppenheimer, in which he played Robert Serber. His series roles include HBO Max/Starz's Minx, NBC's This Is Us and Showtime's I'm Dying Up Here.
Laid comes from Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group. Hsu produces alongside John Davis and John Fox for Davis Entertainment, Jennifer Carreras for Fierce Baby, Marieke Hardy, Kirsty Fisher and Liz Watts for Porchlight Films, and All3Media International.
