New Hulu drama starring Sterling K. Brown adds four new actors

Percy Daggs IV and Aliyah Mastin are set to star opposite Sterling K. Brown in Dan Fogelman's new Hulu drama.
They join the cast alongside the previously announced James Marsden, Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi and Nicole Brydon Bloom. In addition, Michelle Meredith and Cassidy Freeman have been cast in recurring roles on the 20th Television series.

The premise of Fogelman's new drama has not yet been revealed, but it is believed to revolve around the President (Marsden) and his Secret Service led by Brown's character.

Daggs and Mastin play Brown's character's children. Meredith (pictured) plays a waitress at a local restaurant and Freeman portrays the president's estranged wife.

Freeman and Meredith join the previously announced returning cast, including Gerald McRaney, Krys Marshall, Charlie Evans and Jon Beavers.

Produced by 20th Television, the series is led by Fogelman, Brown, Jess Rosenthal, John Hoberg, John Requa, Glenn Ficarra and Steve Beers.

Daggs (pictured) recently appeared in Apple's The Last Days of Ptolemy Gray, as the younger version of Samuel L. Jackson's title character. His previous series roles include a recurring role on Prime Video's Undone with Daveed Diggs and Rosa Salazar and a guest role on Solos, alongside Nicole Beharie, also for Prime Video.

Mastin's credits include the Netflix film Honey Girls.

Meredith is best known for her recurring role on Apple TV's The Morning Show, for which she received a 2022 SAG Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. Other series roles include Showtime's I'm Dying Up Here, ABC's Grey's Anatomy, CBS's Young Sheldon and Fox/ABC's 9-1-1.

Freeman stars as Amber Gemstone on HBO's The Righteous Gemstones. She previously appeared in A&E/Netflix's Longmire, WB/CW's Smallville and CBS's Doubt, among others.
