Edward James Olmos, Billy Burke and Sonia Braga are also set to guest star.
Guerra (pictured) has played roles in Netflix series Narcos: Mexico and Griselda, among others. Olmos is best known as Lieutenant Martin "Marty" Castillo in NBC's '80s series Miami Vice, for which he received an Emmy, and as William Adama in the reboot of SyFy's Battlestar Galactica (2004). He also had a regular role in FX's Mayans MC (2018).

In M.I.A., from Ozark creator Bill Dubuque, drug dealing is a family affair for Etta Tiger Jonze (Gisela). But when the family business is threatened, she finds herself in a life she never expected, and must use her wits to survive as she navigates Miami’s criminal underworld.
M.I.A. is the airport code for Miami. The SoFla area includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties.
It’s the latest series to explore SoFla’s seedy underbelly, following Chris Brancato’s Hotel Cocaine — based on the life of Compte’s father — for MGM+ and two Netflix series: the Sofia Vergara-led Griselda and the first seasons of Narcos, focusing on Pablo Escobar, both with executive producers including Eric Newman, Doug Miro and Carlo Bernard. Narcos was co-created by Brancato. Showtime's original Dexter series was also famously set in Miami, as was the Paramount+-starring Showtime prequel spinoff series Dexter: Original Sin.
