John Cho has joined the cast of the new Apple TV+ series The Off Weeks, starring Ben Stiller and Jessica Chastain. The Off Weeks centers on writing instructor Gus Adler, played by Ben Stiller, whose life is upended by a divorce. During the weeks when he has custody of his children—his 'on weeks'—he tries to keep everything running smoothly. However, during the weeks without his children—the 'off weeks'—he dangerously falls for the mysterious Stella West, portrayed by Jessica Chastain.

Stella's arrival causes Gus's responsibilities as a father and his personal desires to inevitably clash. It was previously announced that Arian Moayed has a regular role as Angelo, Gus's boss, and Annaleigh Ashford as his neighbor Jade. Richard Gere, like Cho, has a recurring guest role and portrays the character Jonathan.
Cho has been frequently seen in various television projects over the past few years. Recently, he made a cameo in the Apple TV series Murderbot and appeared in a guest role in the second season of Peacock's Poker Face.
He also appeared in another Apple TV series, The Afterparty, and the limited HBO series The Sympathizer. He became widely known for his role as Spike Spiegel in Netflix's live-action series Cowboy Bebop (2021).
For his lead role in the thriller Searching by director Aneesh Chaganty, he received a nomination for an Independent Spirit Award. Additionally, Cho gained significant recognition with the Harold & Kumar films, two American Pie films, and his portrayal of Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu in the Star Trek reboot films.

Furthermore, I don't think I've seen him in other series or films.
