Star-studded cast for Amazon Prime Video's Solos

Amongst others, Morgan Freeman and Anne Hathaway will portray a character in the new anthology series of Amazon Prime Video.

Later this year, the series will premiere. An exact release date has not yet been revealed. In total, seven episodes of the anthology series will release. Each episode will place the spotlight on a different character. The stories emphasize that we're all connected, even in our most isolated moments and unusual circumstances.

Morgan Freeman (Madam Secretary), Anne Hathaway (Modern Love), Helen Mirren (Catherine the Great), Uzo Aduba (Orange is the new Black), Nicole Beharie (Sleepy Hollow), Anthony Mackie (Altered Carbon), Dan Stevens (Legion) and Constance Wu (Fresh off the Boat) will portray the lead characters. David Weil (Hunters (2020)) will serve as showrunner and executive producer of Solos.
