Number of series hours per week: "I wouldn't know specifically how many, but at least three hours every day. Sometimes during weekends, the entire weekend if I have no other plans or if my child is sick."
First series ever watched: “I think the first real series I watched was Friends. When I was very young, I watched it with my parents. But when I really started a series myself, I think I was fourteen and then I watched The Vampire Diaries. I was completely a fan of the romance, tension, and structure of the story."
Best series ever: “Probably Teen Wolf, because each season had new tension and nothing got tedious. You were put into an even worse dilemma each time and the team became stronger and stronger, I loved the hero build-up!”
Best series at the moment: "It's an anime, but my favorite series is Violet Evergarden. It's quite a sad story where the main character learns to find emotions and tries to find herself. I find it deep and beautiful, and I can relate to it due to a difficult childhood and because I was searching for myself for a long time."
Series planned to watch: "I can't name one right away because usually, if I want to watch something, I watch it immediately. I am curious about the new Harry Potter, but it will be a while before it's released. And they want to adapt more animes into live-action, which I'm also curious about."

What do you think is the worst series you've ever seen? Why?: “I think Gossip Girl. I liked the first few seasons, but at some point, they messed it up with the anonymous bully. This made it tedious and less fun."
Which series are you currently following?: “One Piece and Virgin River."
In the series world, there are numerous genres. If you could choose one genre, what is your favorite genre and why?: "Fantasy. There's just so much you can do with it. Then you're in a world full of werewolves, then suddenly you're in a world with magic. There's so much choice and opportunity, which is why fantasy attracts me the most."
Do you have a preference for a country where the series should come from?: “I think I watch the most Korean because I'm really crazy about Kdramas, as the romance stories are similar to the romantic stories of a book."
Tim Burton
Series are made by producers with a whole team behind them. The actors then convey the story. Do you have a favorite actor and/or actress or director/producer?: “I find Tim Burton (Wednesday) very good, and I think one of my favorite actors is Dylan O'Brian (Teen Wolf), and Esther Yu Shuxin (Love Game in Eastern Fantasy) is really my favorite actress."
Have you ever been addicted to a series, or have you ever binge-watched a long-running series all at once? How did that happen and how did you handle it?: “I think I'm often addicted to a series, for example, The End of the F***ing World. It was so crazy and hilarious that I couldn't stop watching, which led my best friend and me to watch all night and cry from laughing."
What do series mean to you? Is it a kind of relaxation or something else?: “Watching series is more of an escape from real life. I love books and writing, and I always find it fascinating how people can create worlds, and if it has a good story that draws you in, I'm sold." Can you describe how you watch a series? Where are you and how do you sit (and with whom)?: “Usually alone on the couch or bed and occasionally on the go if I have to travel far. But often friends come over to binge-watch a series."
Do you wait until the episodes of your series are broadcast on Dutch television or do you stream? Or both? And do you have an account on Netflix/Videoland/Amazon or another pay channel or streaming service?: “I usually watch on Netflix, Crunchyroll, or Videoland. But I also have Disney+, HBO Max, and Prime Video. Each streaming service has something different, so I can't choose."
What rating would you give yourself in terms of series enthusiast? (on a scale of 1 to 10!) And why, and how does MySeries fit into that, and do you write for MySeries, or do you do something else?: “I think an 8. I watch so much, and I find it so enjoyable. That's why I wanted to write for https://www.myseries.tv to show people what other series are out there besides their own favorite series.

Dylan O'Brian really has talent, and you could really see that in Teen Wolf, especially season 3. For me, that is still one of the best seasons of all the series I have watched.
