ITV orders psychological thriller series Angela Black

Angela Black by Harry and Jack William (The Missing) has been ordered by ITV. The series will also be released on Spectrum as an original. ITV has ordered Angela Black, a series which will also be available at Spectrum Originals. Angela Black revolves around Angela, a woman who lives in the shadow of domestic violence. She receives proof regarding the things that her husband does outside the house. She has to decide if she wants to believe what she has been told.

The lead roles will be portrayed by Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey) and the Dutch Michiel Huisman (The Haunting). Froggat will portray Angela and Huisman will play her husband, Olivier. Samuel Adewunmi (The Watch) will also portray a role in this upcoming six-part series. Harry and Jack William (The Missing) created and wrote Angela Black.
