New thriller series for Amazon called Savannah in the works

Amazon Studios is working alongside Topic Studios on a new thriller called Savannah. Tracy Oliver's (First Wives Club) and Joey falco (Charmed (2018)) series is an adaptation of the book Dead to Her by best-selling author Sarah Pinborough. Savannah is a thriller that follows two outsiders, one of them is white, the other black. They end up getting married in a prosperous and secluded southern society. They are forced to make choices in order to keep their secrets and survive in a world that is full of prejudice.

Oliver and Falco are both writing this series, for which the distribution rights of the book are owned by Topic Studios. Developing the Pinborough book is part of a deal that Oliver made with Topic Studios.
