Co-written by Etheridge (pictured, left), Walsh (pictured, centre) and Ryan, Taskmasters is a half-hour animated workplace comedy. The series follows a group of cute weirdos navigating the gig economy at a nondescript "we'll do any job" company. The series involves pranks on real customers, so beware - the next time you get a strange phone call at work, it could be a cartoon character from Taskmasters!
Etheridge, who also serves as showrunner, will produce with Walsh and Ryan. The project is produced by Fox Entertainment Studios and Fox's Bento Box Entertainment.
Etheridge is currently a co-executive producer on Apple's comedy Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet. He previously served as co-executive producer for The Neighborhood on CBS, The Ranch on Netflix, The Goldbergs (2013) on ABC and The Dangerous Book For Boys on Amazon. He also served as a supervising producer for Mike & Molly on CBS and The Mick on Fox.
He has written for Comedy Central hits South Park and Workaholics and was the head writer and actor on Spike TV's reality program The Joe Schmo Show. He has produced several scripted/reality shows and has sold multiple shows/sitcoms to CBS, FOX, Comedy Central and Spike TV.
