©Showtime - StreamzHerleen Dulai, Armand's girlfriend, was 29 years old and worked as a personal trainer. She and Armand had eaten mushrooms together that same evening at his home in Las Vegas. Armand claimed afterwards that he could not remember anything about that evening.
When the police arrived, they found Herleen seriously injured and unconscious in the bedroom. She had several fractures and signs of suffocation and died at the scene. The autopsy later showed that she had died from serious injuries and strangulation.
Armand was arrested for murder and eventually pleaded guilty. He said it was not intentional manslaughter, but was still sentenced to 8 to 20 years in prison in Nevada. The exact length of time he will be in prison depends on his behavior in prison, combined with other external factors.
