The executive producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey of the successful 10-part series ‘The Bible’ will come with the sequel ‘A.D.’ in 2015. In ‘A.D.’ we will get to know what happened after the surprised Romans find the tomb of Jesus empty.
‘A.D.’ will have 12 episodes. The cast members are Juan Pablo di Pace (Jesus), Aniss Elkohen (Philip), Richard Coyle (Caiaphas), Babou Ceesay (John) and Chipo Chung (Mary Magdalene). On Easter, 5 April the series ‘A.D.’ will premiere on NBC.
