CBS orders animated series The Harper House

The CBS All Access streaming service has ordered the new animation series The Harper House. The Harper House is written and produced by Brad Neely. The series revolves around a woman and her family after being forced to move to the house that they inherited. She has lost her job and has been forced to move to the poor side of Arkansas. The inherited house is called Harper House and needs to be refurbished very urgently. In the meantime, she also has to deal with a neurotic husband.

The series The Harper House is produced by CBS Television Studios in collaboration with 219 Productions. The series was revealed by Julie McNamara, Executive Vice President Original Content at CBS All Access, during the TCA meeting. A release date has not yet been revealed.

Writer and producer Brad Neely is best known for his work with the South Park series. He grew up in Arkansas, where the new series The Harper House is set.
