Thriller series Last Summer ordered by Freeform

Freeform has announced that the thriller series Last Summer went into production after a successful pilot was made. Last Summer is an unconventional thriller series that takes place during three summers - '93, '94, '95 - in a small town in Texas. A beautiful and popular teenager, Kate, is missing. Another girl, Jeanette, who was initially loved, becomes the most despised person in America. Each episode is told from the point of view of one of the two girls (Jeanette and Kate), as a result of which the loyalty of the viewers constantly shifts as more information is revealed.

The cast of the series consists of Chiara Aurelia, Mika Abdalla, Michael Landes, Froy Gutierrez, Harley Quinn Smith, Allius Barnes, Blake Lee, Nathaniel Ashton and Brooklyn Sudano. Entertainment One (eOne) will produce the Last Summer series for Freeform.
