HBO Max streaming service is working on a satirical animation series about the British royal family. The title is The Prince.
The series was conceived by
Family Guy creator Gary Janetti and focuses primarily on the 6-year-old Prince George, the son of Prince William and Catherine. Janetti bases the series on his own Instagram account, where he has been poking fun with the British royal family from the point of view of George. The account is very popular with almost 900,000 followers and has received international media attention several times.
In the animated series, the young George will give his own unique view of his family, followers and the British monarchy. Janetti takes care of Prince George's voice. Orlando Bloom does the voice of Prince Harry. Condola Rashad (Meghan Markle), Lucy Punch (Kate Middleton), Tom Hollander (both Prince Philip and Prince Charles), Alan Cumming (George's butler, Owen), Frances De La Tour (Queen Elizabeth) and Iwan Rheon (Prince William) are also joined the voice acting cast.
