Disney+ working on Turner and Hooch

Disney+ will create a twelve-part series calledTurner & Hooch. The project is based on the 1989 film with the same title. Josh Peck plays the lead role in Turner & Hooch. He will portray Marshal Scott Turner, the character portrayed by Tom Hanks in the film. He inherits a large unruly dog. And he soon realizes that the pet that he really didn't want can be the partner he needs anyway.

The television series will be made by Matt Nix. Producer is 20th Century Fox TV, part of Disney TV Studios. Actor Josh Peck is known from the series Grandfathered, Fuller House and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
