Canal+ and Netflix bring drama series On the Verge

A new series called On the Verge is currently in production. It is a co-production of Canal+ and Netflix. Actresses Elisabeth Shue and Julie Delpy will portray the main characters of the series, which is scheduled to have 12 episodes.

The series is written by Julie Delpy and Alexia Landeau. On the Verge revolves around four women in their late forties. They choose not to see their midlife as a time of mourning for their youth, but as an opportunity for personal reinvention, hoping to finally live a life that will benefit their beliefs and values.

Canal+ will broadcast the series in France, while Netflix will distribute the series in the rest of the world. Elisabeth Shue was previously featured in the Amazon series The Boys. Julie Delpy is known for ER and has also appeared in various feature films.
