Viaplay orders young adult series Delete Me

The largest streaming service in Scandinavia, Viaplay, has ordered Delete Me, a Norwegian series about the lives of young adults.
Delete Me revolve around teenage girls Marion and Marit during the notorious Norwegian graduation ritual called 'Russetiden'. The girls grow up in a culture where appearance and status mean a lot. They discover that an apparently innocent act of jealousy on the internet can change lives forever.

Delete me is based on in-depth conversations with young adults. With a combination of a new generation of Norwegian talent and distinctive stories and images, the series wants to show how difficult it can be to grow up in 2020. The series, which uses innovative techniques to address contemporary issues such as cyberbullying, hacking and rejection, is told in reverse time in episodes of twenty minutes each.
