The series will be about Carter (Kathryn Prescott, 'Skins') a teenage girl who learns that her loving single mom Lori (Milena Govich, 'Rescue Me') abducted her as a toddler. She is reunited with her real family. As she is trying to find her way with her birth parents (Alexis Denisof, 'Angel' and Cynthia Watros, 'The Young and the Restless') and her twin sister (Anna Jacoby-Heron), she decides to find the woman who raised her.
Carter's grandparents will have a recurring role in ‘Finding Carter’ and will be played by Meredith Baxter ('Family Ties') and Robert Pine ('The Bold and the Beautiful').
