ABC orders pilot of National Parks from Kevin Costner

ABC has ordered a pilot episode of the drama series National Parks. Kevin Costner (Yellowstone (2018)) has been part of the writing process. National Parks revolves around a small group of national parks employees who solve crimes as they protect the parks. Even though the parks are well known for their vast, beautiful landscapes, they also seem to be the place to go for criminal activities.

Previously, the series had the name ISB. Kevin Costner (Yellowstone (2018)), Aaron Helbing (The Flash (2014)) and author Jon Baird have written the series. Next to that, Helbing will serve as showrunner. The project comes from Costner's Territory Pictures Entertainment, 20th Television and A+E Studios.
