TNT brings thriller series Liars Club

TNT is developing a series called Liars Club, a thriller series by actress and writer Amy Rutberg who is known for Daredevil. It is a project of CBS TV Studios and the showrunner is Christopher Silber (NCIS: New Orleans). Liars Club is written by Amy Rutberg. It is a series about a woman with unique skills and a dark history who leads two very different lives.

She visits country clubs and house parties in Connecticut, but is also active in the underground gambling circuit in New York. She returns to her past as an illegal poker player in a final attempt to save her family from financial ruin and scandals. The thriller series also has comical elements, Amy Rutberg has reported. She has written the script based on personal experiences. She has been active in theaters and in underground poker clubs in New York in the past.
