Freeform renews two series and delays others

Freeform has renewed two series and has delayed Good Trouble, amongst others, to next year. Freeform has renewed Everything´s Gonna Be Okay and Motherland: Fort Salem with a second season. The second season of Everything's Gonna Be Okay is expected to release in 2021. Nothing has been revealed regarding the second season of Motherland: Fort Salem, but it is likely to release in 2021 as well.



The temporary production stop impacted a couple of Freeform series. The third season of Good Trouble, the new drama series Cruel Summer and the second part of the third season of Grown-ish have been delayed to next year. This has been decided as production won't be finished before the summer of 2020.



So, several series will no longer be part of the summer 2020 schedule. New series, such as Love in the Time of Corona, will join the 2020 summer schedule. Next to that, the fourth season of The Bold Type will have new episodes on the 11th of June.
