Usually, NBC has a comedy night on Thursday night, but that was shortened from two hours to one hour of broadcasting time. Starting from February, NBC will always air comedies on Tuesday. This makes it the first time since the 2017-2018 season for NCB to air comedy series on a different day than Thursday.
Young Rock revolves around the life of Dwayne Johnson/The Rock (Ballers) and it'll show how his life shaped him into the man he is now. Dwayne Johnson will portray the titular character in the series. NBC has also released a short teaser.
