This February, Young Rock and The Kenan Show will premiere at NBC

In the middle of February, Young Rock and The Kenan Show will premiere at NBC. The second season of Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist will be entering a temporary hiatus.
After six episodes, the second season of Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist will be entering a temporary break. Last year, the show was moved to a new timeslot on Tuesday. Starting from the 16th of February, the new comedy series Young Rock and The Kenan Show will have their premiere. Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist will return in the springtime, but it isn't currently known on which day and in which timeslot. Starting from May till the summer, The Voice will fill the timeslot of Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist.

Usually, NBC has a comedy night on Thursday night, but that was shortened from two hours to one hour of broadcasting time. Starting from February, NBC will always air comedies on Tuesday. This makes it the first time since the 2017-2018 season for NCB to air comedy series on a different day than Thursday.

Young Rock revolves around the life of Dwayne Johnson/The Rock (Ballers) and it'll show how his life shaped him into the man he is now. Dwayne Johnson will portray the titular character in the series. NBC has also released a short teaser.

The Kenan Show revolves around the host of Atlanta's #2 morning show. Recently, he became a widower and he is struggling to find the balance between his job and his young teenage daughters, despite all the help he receives from his father-in-law and brother/manager/house guest. Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live) will portray the lead character.
