Various premiere plans for CBS All Access

CBS has announced how and when they're going to premiere various series, including The Stand, The Man Who Fell to Earth, The Harper House and Guilty Party. The Stand (2019) is written by Josh Boone and Ben Cavell and is an adaptation of the book with the same name by Stephen King. The series takes place in a world that has been decimated by the plague and revolves around a battle between good and evil. In The Stand, Whoopi Goldberg and James Marsden are part of the cast of the series, which will release near the end of the year.


The Stand (2019)

The Man Who Fell to Earth was ordered back in 2019, and is based on the book by Walter Travis and the cult classic from 1976. The animated series The Harper House was announced last January. It revolves around a woman and her family after they were forced to move to a house that they inherited. Guilty Party revolves around Beth Baker, a journalist with a bad image. Baker will be portrayed by by Isla Fisher. The premiere of the series mentioned above is planned in 2021, but no specific dates have been released by CBS All Access.

The unnamed documentary from Richard Linklater will consist out of ten episodes and revolves around the rescue of neglected animals. The documentary series will premiere this fall.
