FBI and FBI: Most Wanted renewed, new spin-off announced

CBS is expanding the FBI franchise with another spin-off. Next to that, FBI and FBI: Most wanted have both been renewed. CBS has renewed FBI with its fourth season. The series comes from Dick Wolf (Chicago Fire). It revolves around the employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in New York. CBS has also decided to renew FBI: Most Wanted with its third season. The spin-off revolves around a department that is tasked with finding the most notorious criminals on the FBI most wanted list.

CBS hasn't stopped there. The network has also decided to order another spin-off, which is called FBI: International. The series follows the elite officers of the international division of the FBI. They travel around the world trying to keep Americans safe. FBI: International will be launched as part of a cross-over with the fourth season of FBI and the third season of FBI: Most Wanted. The spin-off and the newly announced seasons will air in the 2021-2022 television season.
