AMC releases premiere date and teaser for Talamasca: The Secret Order

Anne Rice’s Talamasca – the latest spin-off in AMC’s Immortal Universe – also gets a familiar addition from Interview with the Vampire. During the Comic-Con panel in Ballroom 20, it was announced that Eric Bogosian, Daniel Molloy in Interview with the Vampire, will guest star as a crossover character in Talamasca: The Secret Order, which focuses on a secret organization that tracks and investigates supernatural beings like vampires, witches, and other entities around the world.

Bogosian's Daniel Molloy is a journalist with Parkinson's disease and a history of addiction. In Interview with the Vampire, he expressed his skepticism about the vampire world, until an attack and a mysterious second chance at an interview with Louis changed his life forever. His presence in Talamasca hints at a broader connection within the Immortal Universe.

In addition to Bogosian, the cast of Talamasca includes Nicholas Denton, William Fichtner, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Celine Buckens, Elizabeth McGovern and Jason Schwartzman (guest star).

The series is led by John Lee Hancock (The Blind Side) and Mark Lafferty (Halt & Catch Fire), who also serve as co-showrunners. Hancock also directs.

Anne Rice's Talamasca: The Secret Order airs Sunday, October 26 on AMC and AMC+.
