©Deadline - NetflixIn Free Bert, we see Kreischer as he's known: a shirtless comedian, a party legend, and an unpredictable personality. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when his daughters are admitted to an exclusive private school in Beverly Hills.
What begins as a new opportunity for the family quickly turns into a social nightmare when Bert's exuberant behavior causes them to be ostracized. Determined to protect his family, Bert decides to reinvent himself: he literally puts on a shirt and tries to suppress his true nature to fit better into the prim school environment.
In addition to Kreischer, the cast includes Arden Myrin, Ava Ryan, Lilou Lang, Christine Horn, Chris Witaske, Mandell Maughan, Sophia Reid-Gantzert, Robert Jon Mello, Braxton Alexander, Matthew Del Negro, and Noshir Dalal.
Arden Myrin plays Bert's wife LeeAnn, the mother of their two daughters, who, like Bert, comes from a modest background and grew up in a trailer park. Ava Ryan portrays Georgia, the family's eldest daughter, who faces cyberbullying in the new school environment.
With Free Bert, Netflix promises a personal and comedic look at identity, parenting, and the clash of worlds, with Bert's familiar chaos at the center.
