Hulu reveals first-look photos for comedy series Alice and Steve

This summer, the comedy series Alice and Steve is expected on Hulu. The streamer has now released the first images of the series.

The series Alice and Steve revolves around Alice, who is completely distraught when her best friend Steve starts a relationship with her 26-year-old daughter Izzy. What begins as a shocking situation for Alice quickly turns into a fierce battle: she tries everything to sabotage the relationship, while Steve is not easily deterred.

The friendship between Alice and Steve changes due to the situation into a bitter rivalry. The series is described as a chaotic and humorous anti-romcom that explores themes like love, friendship, and revenge, and poses the question of how far someone is willing to go for these emotions.

The leading roles are played by Nicola Walker and Jemaine Clement, with additional roles for Joel Fry and Yali Topol Margalith. Actors such as Tyrese Eaton-Dyce, Marcia Warren, Eilidh Fisher, and Ebony Aboagye are also part of the cast.

An exact premiere date has not yet been announced, but the series is scheduled for release later this summer on Hulu.
