Trailer for Palm Royale season two shows chaos, secrets, and lies

Apple TV's Palm Royale impresses in the trailer for season two, where the ladies return with a fresh start—and an insatiable thirst for power.Palm Royale, created and produced by Abe Silva, is an underdog story that follows Maxine Dellacorte (Kristen Wiig) as she tries to find her place in the ruthless high society of Palm Beach. As Maxine attempts to bridge the gap between the 'haves' and the 'have-nots,' Palm Royale poses the tantalizing question: How much of yourself are you willing to give up to get what someone else has?



In season two, Maxine has become a social outcast following a scandalous public meltdown. With all her cunning and charm, she will have to prove that she not only belongs in this world but may even have the ability to dominate it. Along the way, she discovers hidden truths and realizes what truly drives Palm Beach: secrets, lies, and the occasional crime.

The main roles are played by Kristen Wiig, Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin, Carol Burnett, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Amber Chardae Robinson, Mindy Cohn, Julia Duffy, and Kaia Gerber. Claudia Ferri, Jason Canela, Jordan Bridges, James Urbaniak, Roberto 'Sanz' Sanchez, Rick Cosnett, and Ryan Dorsey are also part of the cast.

New in season two are John Stamos, Patti Lupone, Vicki Lawrence, and Matt Rogers, who join the series as guest stars.

The Emmy-nominated comedy series returns for its second season on Wednesday, November 12, on Apple TV. A new episode will be released weekly until January 14.
