Amazon Prime Video has given the green light for Paper Girls, which is based on the comic books from Brian K. Vaughan and Cliff Chiang.
Amazon Prime Video has ordered Paper Girls. Stephany Folsom (Star Wars Resistance), Christopher Cantwell (Vicariously) and Christopher C. Rogers (Halt & Catch Fire) will become showrunners of Paper Girls and will also serve as executive producer. The series is based on the comic book series from Brian K. Vaughan (Under the Dome) and Cliff Chiang, both of whom will also serve as executive producer.
The story follows four girls who - as they deliver papers - end up in a conflict between time travellers. While time-travelling they meet future versions of themselves and they have to either embrace or deny their future selves.
