New cadets arrive at the Metropolitan Police Academy, now under the leadership of Commandant Hefilfinger. The cadets must endure the drills of their hard-nosed instructor Sergeant. Ledbetter, and their discipline is put to the test after the Sgt. is kidnapped by a biker gang.
