Season three saw an epic showdown between Kanan (Mekai Curtis) and his mother Raq (Patina Miller), resulting in a few surprise deaths and the return of a fan-favorite character.
In season four, it seems like the slate has been wiped clean for Kanan, Raq and the rest of the Thomas family looking for a fresh start. However, in the eye of the storm looms a very dangerous obstacle: Unique (Joey Bada$$). Unique lives and makes a volatile and violent return as he sets out to upend the life of the Thomas family.
Amid the chaos, the Thomas family is confronted with a truth that can no longer be denied: You are who you are. Although you are capable of change, the fundamentals remain the same and sooner or later you will be forced to face the inescapable reality of your inherent nature. In season four, the difference between whether the family chooses to reject or embrace the truth could be one between life and death.
The series also stars Pardison Fontaine, Chris Redd, Tony Danza, Wendell Pierce, Erika Woods, London Brown, Malcolm Mays and Hailey Kilgore.
