Reasonable Doubt has been renewed for a third season by Hulu

Hulu has renewed Reasonable Doubt, produced by 20th Television, for a third season.
The renewal comes one month after Reasonable Doubt's season two finale on October 17. The series, starring Emayatzy Corinealdi, remained a fixture on Hulu's daily Top 15 throughout its second season.

Reasonable Doubt

Reasonable Doubt is executive produced by Raamla Mohamed, Kerry Washington and Larry Wilmore. In addition, Mohamed, the series' creator and showrunner, has signed an overall contract with 20th TV, sources can reveal.

This marks an extension of Mohamed's overall deal and her first agreement with 20th TV after the studio recently absorbed its now-functioning sister company ABC Signature. She will continue to develop and produce comedy, drama and limited series for all linear networks and streamers, with a focus on Disney Entertainment Television platforms.

“I am so incredibly excited to continue my career with Disney Entertainment Television and to have Reasonable Doubt renewed for a third season,” Mohamed said. “Thank you to the teams at Onyx Collective and my new home at 20th Television for giving me the space to create this messy world with such refreshingly complicated and diverse characters. I promise to keep it spoiler free, but I can say that season three will have more Jax, more Lewis and more drama, so get ready!”

Reasonable Doubt centers on high-profile Los Angeles criminal defense attorney Jacqueline "Jax" Stewart (Corinealdi). She deals with past trauma, a troubled marriage, motherhood and a murder case, all while trying to keep her life in order.
