The first season of the Swedish crime series Rebecka Martinsson will release on Netflix early September.Rebecka Martinsson premiered back in 2017, and originally comes from the Swedish network TV4. The first season will be available on Netflix starting from the 1st of September. The crime series already has two seasons, it is not yet known if and when this second season will release on Netflix.
When a good childhood friend suddenly dies, Rebecka returns to the place she grew up in. It doesn't take long for her to discover that her friend was murdered. With the help of detective Anna-Maria Mella and her colleague Sven-Erik Stålnacke, Rebecka hunts the murderer, who could suddenly strike again. At the same time, she is confronted with a traumatic event from her past.
