The cast for season two further includes Brenda Song, Drew Tarver, Scott MacArthur, Fabrizio Guido, Chet Hanks, Toby Sandeman, Jay Ellis, Max Greenfield, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Roberto 'Sanz' Sanchez, and Dane DiLiegro, as well as Uche Agada and Justin Theroux, who have been promoted from recurring roles to series regulars.

As an ambitious but often underestimated woman, Isla must prove to her skeptical brothers, the board, and the rest of the sports world that she was indeed the right choice to lead the family business.
For Romano, this marks a return to Netflix, after he was recently seen in the dark comedy-mystery series No Good Deed, alongside Lisa Kudrow. He is globally known for his starring role in the CBS hit Everybody Loves Raymond, for which he won three Emmy Awards as an actor and producer, and for his voice role as Manny the mammoth in the Ice Age films.
On television, he has also appeared in Men of a Certain Age, Parenthood, Get Shorty, and Made for Love. In the film world, he wrote, produced, directed, and starred in the comedy-drama film Somewhere in Queens.
