Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) and Eric Effiong (Ncuti Gatwa) start their new life at Cavendish Sixth Form College, which promises to be even more promiscuous than Moordale.
The trailer hints at the resolution of the "will they, won't they" storyline between Otis and Maeve Wiley (Emma Mackey), as well as new relationship statuses for other fan favorites.

Gillian Anderson returns as sex therapist Dr. Jean Milburn, who has a new baby (but isn't sure who the father is) and seems to have started a new adventure as a radio aunt. Schitt's Creek actor Dan Levy, who has a recurring role as Wiley's teacher in America, also appears in the trailer.
Other returning actors include Connor Swindells as Adam Groff, Kedar Willimas-Stirling as Jackson Marchetti, Alistair Petrie as Michael Groff, Mimi Keene as Ruby Matthews, Aimee Lou Weed as Aimee Gibbs, Mikael Persbrandt as Jakob Nyman and Rakhee Thakrar as Emily Sands.
The third season of Sex Education was made by British company Eleven and had 66.6 million viewers in its first 91 days on Netflix.
