Starring Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Michael Urie, Luke Tennie and Lukita Maxwell, the series follows a therapist (Segel) who, after a great personal loss, tells his patients exactly what he's thinking. This results in major changes for all involved.
The series premiered in January, and the tenth and final episode of the season will air on March 24.

Since premiering on Apple TV+ earlier this year, Shrinking has been hailed as "one of the funniest series of 2023" as well as the "most charming and life-affirming grieving series ever made." Audiences and critics have praised the series for its "high-quality writing", "memorable performances" by actors Segel and Harrison Ford in one of his first television roles and a "first rate and thoroughly charming" cast that also includes Jessica Williams, Christa Miller, Lukita Maxwell, Michael Urie and Luke Tennie.

Starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford in one of his first television roles, Shrinking follows grieving therapist Jimmy (played by Segel) who begins to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he's thinking. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making big, tumultuous changes in people's lives...including his own. In addition to Segel and Ford (as Paul), the series stars Jessica Williams (Gaby), Christa Miller (Liz), Lukita Maxwell (Alice), Michael Urie (Brian), and Luke Tennie (Sean).
Shrinking was created by Bill Lawrence, Emmy Award-winning actor Ted Lasso, writer and co-executive producer Brett Goldstein, and Segel. It is produced by Warner Bros. Television, where Lawrence and Goldstein are under a blanket agreement, and Lawrence's Doozer Productions. Lawrence, Segel, Goldstein, Neil Goldman, James Ponsoldt, Randall Winston, Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer serve as executive producers. Lawrence, Segel and Goldstein wrote the first episode, which was directed by Ponsoldt (Sorry For Your Loss, Daisy Jones & The Six).
Shrinking joins critically acclaimed Apple TV+ original series that have recently been renewed, including Acapulco, Tehran, Bad Sisters, Surface, Trying, Physical, Loot, Slow Horses, For All Mankind, Pachinko, The Afterparty, the second season of Emmy- and AFI Award winner Schmigadoon!, Swagger season two, and the second season of the 14 Emmy Award-nominated Severance.
