Disney+ releases official trailer and key art for Star Wars series Skeleton Crew

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew releases next month on Disney+. A new trailer has now been released showcasing the series.
Disney+ gives Star Wars fans a look at the new live-action series Skeleton Crew. Jude Law, Kerry Condon, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Kyriana Kratter and Robert Timothy Smith star in the science fiction series.

Skeleton Crew follows four children who get lost in a galaxy "far, far away" and make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet. During their adventure, they cross paths with mysterious characters such as Jod Na Nawood, played by Law.

For those worried that the series will be too childish, the trailer appears to have plenty of action. We see explosions, laser weapons, space battles and certainly Jedi using their powers.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew was announced in 2023 and promises to be a kid-friendly story. The first season consists of eight episodes and starts with a double episode on the premiere date. Earlier this year it was confirmed that the series will have serious consequences, despite being aimed at a younger audience. Additionally, there will be a special cameo from Ewoks: The Battle for Endor.

Check out the trailer's released key art for Skeleton Crew below. The series will be released in America on Tuesday, December 3. A day later, on Wednesday, December 4, the first 2 episodes will be available to stream in the Netherlands via Disney+.
