Sleepers is about detective Martin (de Hoog), a criminal who infiltrates the police and is dragged into the Utrecht underworld after the murder of his surrogate father. He must not only hide his ties with criminals, but also keep his family safe.
The second season of the series recently started on Videoland. Sleepers may also grow into an international hit.
At the end of last year it was announced that the series had been sold to a major British streaming platform. The thriller can also be seen in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
