Snowpiercer’s premiere so that fans can enjoy this futuristic series even earlier.”, says Brett Weitz, managing director of TNT, TBS and truTV. The series was initially set to premiere on the 31st of May.
Snowpiercer will now premiere on the 17th of May. The first season hasn't released yet, but the series has already been renewed for a second season.
Snowpiercer takes place seven years after the world is fully frozen due to an ecological catastrophe. The series revolves around the remaining humans, who try to survive by spending their lives in a massive train that is constantly circling on Earth.
